Pamela's love of vintage started with a few pieces of Miriam Haskell jewelry she purchased at an estate sale more than 20 years ago. She began by selling through Antique Trader and mall spaces in her hometown of Houston, Texas, and then set up her first website in 1995 before relocating to Central Texas. Literally thousands of pieces later, she's still passionate about both vintage and contemporary collectible jewelry. Today she serves her customers online in several venues with the help of her supportive spousal equivalent and photographer Jay B. Siegel. In 2010 she co-founded Costume Jewelry Collectors Int'l (CJCI), an organization that sponsors yearly conventions for collectors and furthers jewelry education on its website.
When not having fun with vintage jewelry, Pamela's work is focused on educating collectors. She has authored several books on topics pertaining to collectibles, and writes regular features, both online and for magazines, that help antiques enthusiasts further their hobby.
